What does it mean to have unconditional love for the work that we do as leaders? Does it mean only get excited only when we get speaking engagements? Does it mean we only get excited when we receive the check after the event?
What does it mean to have unconditional love for our work path? It means that we are there for it when we don't feel like it, when it gives us a hard time, when it makes us laugh, when things go haywire, and when we see we are changing lives. Pretty much to sum it up, we're there for it through the ups and downs, unconditionally, with a brave heart. Next time when you stammer at sitting down to write your next speech, book, business plan, filing, approaching clients, etc. look inside and find that spirit within who has unconditional love for the work that you do.
